Question: Can asians who have the round shape feature who also inherited the buccal fat gene get rid of both exercising? There are several ethnicities of asian people who has a genetically round face and buccal fat lining from birth completely remove it through cardio, or do they have to go to surgery buccal fat removal? Will these certain individuals ever have a chiseled look jawline?
Answer: The most effective way to burn fat is to consume less and exercise more often, the difficulties arise when we actually try to put that into operation! There are plenty of stumbling blocks out there aren't there?! The sole method which clearly showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a handful of free trials left, it has been featured in Reader's Digest and CNN. I melted away twenty five pounds, it clearly does produce results!
Question: How to lose buccal fat, upper body fat!? I'm trying to find a way to lose my buccal fat and the fats around my upper body! I exercise but only lose weight on my lower body and the fats from my waist up remains! How can I lose these fat?
What do I need to eat in order to lose these and what do I need to avoid more gains! Please help! Thanks!
Answer: It is impossible to spot reduce fat as the body doesn't worl like that. However if you do resistance training the body will become stronger and firmer so I'd advise you start there.
Regarding your diet you need to eat clean food. six small meals a day amounting to 2000 cals for a female each meal should be divided 60% carbs 25% protein 15% fat.
So Carbs will come from Green salads and brown stuff, chuck all white stuff out of your diet apart from on a cheat day (once every two weeks) Protein should come from lean cuts of meat i.e: chicken, turkey, rump steak and fish: Salmon, trout, Tuna and alike. Fat should come from olive oil nuts avocado and such things. If you eat clean train hard the weight will fall off you in a few months. The key is eating CLEAN.
Good luck.
Question: how can i remove buccal fat on my face WITHOUT surgery ? Im really fit, the rest of my body barely has fat.
im pretty skinny so, how can i remove this remaining buccal fat on my cheeks ?
And i dont want to embrace them or pay $4000 dollars to get them removed by a surgeon :]
Thanks...
Answer: Cardio. It's impossible to lose fat in a specific area of your body and no where else. Cardio work out will burn fat and maybe some of it will be what you want. It has a lot to do with genetics though.
You could also try swishing around warm salt water in your mouth (don't swallow it though!) This can reduce any water retention you may have in your cheeks and make them appear smaller.
I know you don't want to learn to embrace them, but I'm sure they suit you just fine :)
Question: Can running/doing cardio get rid of buccal fat? ive done some researching and found out that buccal fat can be hereditary or being overweight at childhood, i was wondering if doing constant cardio and running such as marathon runners will completely get rid of all the buccal fat on the cheeks?
Answer: Running and any aerobic exercise that offers cardio benefits should reduce your weight.
Reducing weight should reduce fat deposits all over the body including mid facial fat, or fat in the throat area.

Question: where to get buccal fat removal (cheek fat reduction) done in california? i want to get it done but i dont know what places are good
Answer: I understand most good doctors won't do this. Suctioning even a tiny amount of fat from the face can cause facial areas to collapse.
Question: should i get Buccal Fat Extraction? Buccal fat extraction is when you remove fat from your cheeks.
i have a round face and i think my face is big and wide, i don't like my face shape, and i was thinking if i have the buccal fat extraction it could make my face thinner and look more oval, i tried doing all the make up and contouring but yet my face still looks big
so i was wondering on your opinion? and should i get this surgery?
i havnt seen much before and after but if you do know any good site with picture please post with the answer.
Here is the website,http://www.facialplasticsurgery.net/bucc…
Answer: that's something only you should decide and not leave it up to strangers on YAHOO, i'd talk to parents and best friends and get honest opinions from people who really care about you.
Question: Is there a natural way to lose fat in your cheeks to get a more chiseled look with out surgery? I know that there are procedures like buccal fat removal and liposuction that can be done, but is it possible to loose cheek-fat from diet and exercise instead?
Answer: The good news is there is a natural way. I know because it gave remarkable results for me and gave me a chiseled look and it has kept the fat at bay ever since. I hope you are ready to do some work to get it. Self massage with natural oils is the key. I found coconut and olive oil are excellent and both are suitable for both oily and dry skins. For best and quickest results you have to massage quite strongly and quite vigorously and it should be done over and over with a forward and back motion not a circular one as that will not be effective. You may be hesitant about doing it vigorously, but if you research my Best Answers you will see many who have only benefited by it. If you do it less vigorously it will just take longer. Skin has to adjust so stop if there is soreness and resume when you can. Depending on how vigorous/how strong you have made it, you can have noticeable improvements in a 4 to 5 days and in two weeks you can have very noticeable results and overtime even better ones. You will be amazed at it´s effectiveness. Massaging entire face and neck(recommended) will tighten skin and rejuvenate face and also give you a smooth skin and a vibrantly healthy glow. Try it - you will be happy that you did.
Supplementary exercises that help: Yoga exercises or postures for face (and neck.) You can get books with pictures (Find with a web search). The "Lion pose" and variations of that are really effective and easy to do. Also doing many head turns(as far as you can go but not too fast) will help.

Question: I am thinking of Buccal Fat Removal? How much does it cost in the UK and are their dangerous? And is there dangerous side effects, I am skinny - my jawline is naturally long and chiseled - but my actual cheeks are just chubby. No one has said anything bad about them in particular - but I just don't like the way they look. So I just want to know some things about it such as; will it give me that chiseled look? (As my jawline is - it is just the actual cheek fat). I am 16 right now, and planning to buy it (if to me it's in a reasonable price range) in about 2 years time any help will be greatly appreciated. Note: Don't tell me something irrelevant like 'you are fine the way you are'. Thanks!
Answer: You are still growing and won't stop until you are around 22. I was considering this too because I have 'chubby cheeks' but my doctor said that it could cause problems because if I gain weight or lose it my face could basically 'fall'.
You have to have a certain amount of fat in your cheeks otherwise when you smile you'd look like a freak. And I don't mean freak in the good way.
Question: "buccal fat removal/chin implants/neck liposuctions" POst-surgery symptons!? I've had 3 procedures done recently, abt a month ago.
(Bucaal fat removal/Chin implant/neck liposuction)
I have healed with no bruising at all...However a certain area has what the DR called..."sleepy lip". He says it will go away in weeks...But i'm so anxious "when!??'
is this whats its called Nerve-blocker of Nerve paralysed??
Will it ever recover,..i am so scared if it dosen't..??
Please share your experiences if any of you had any same procedures done...
Thanks
Answer: This is a fairly common occurrence with surgery. The good news is that If the nerve was only mildly damaged, it will probably take about 3-6 weeks to recover...that is, if the outer layer of the nerve remains intact. In situations like this, a nerve regenerates at about 1mm per day.
If the outer portion of the nerve was more damaged, affecting the inner portions of the nerve, recovery is longer...usually upwards of approximately 6 months.
There's not a whole lot you can do to help recovery time except be patient, but some nutritional support may help. B-vitamins in particular aid in nerve function and maintenance.
Hope that helps!

Question: price range of buccal fat extraction?

Question: Is Moxifloxacin a good antibiotic after a surgery? I had a buccal fat pad removal and my doctor prescribed Moxifloxacin for infection. I read in Wikipedia however that Moxifloxacin should be limited to the treatment of proven serious and life threatening bacterial infections. Did he prescribe the right drug?
Answer: Your doctor knows more about medicine than Wiki.
Post-op antibiotics are given based on the surgeon's experience and the potential bacteria that may infect the area.
If you have any worries about it, call the doctor.
Question: What is the minimum age to perform these cosmetic surgeries? 1. Lip reduction

Answer: I'm sure that as long as they are the only fat thing on you it probably looks cute... but I know that no one wants to hear that a feature they despise on themselves is cute. Practice sucking in your cheeks just like you would your tummy. Otherwise here's some web addresses...

Question: I have a chubby face.? How can I make it thinner? My face is round and fatty. Is buccal fat removal a good option?
Answer: If you want to go the surgery route, then the buccal fat removal would be a good idea.
However, there are non-surgical routes to make your face look thinner, here's some ideas from this site http://www.googobits.com/articles/p0-182… :
- shape your brows
- make your eyes look larger
- apply bronzer or powder a shade darker on your jaw line and under your cheekbone (add highlight on your cheekbone)
I'd be cautious about surgery involving your face. Your face is a unique feature about you, so in altering your face, you may feel that you are removing a part of yourself.
Some people have thin faces regardless what their weight is (I curse those people at 200lbs with defined jawlines). I have no idea what your weight is, but you may want to exercise and try to trim your face through overall weight loss. Obviously, some really thin people have double chins (it all depends on your face structure). So, if you are at a healthy weight, then ignore what I just said.
However, I do not oppose cosmetic surgery. If you feel 'disfigured' or that your 'round and fatty' face isn't really you, then go for it. But do it for yourself, not because someone else thinks your face is 'round and fatty'. You only have one life, so why spend your life hating something that you can change.
Your age is also an important consideration. Through your teens your body loves the fat, you're still trying to get rid of 'baby fat'. As you get through your 20s, you'll notice that your chubby cheeks disappear and your face does slim. So, if you're really young, I'd wait. Get through the first half of your 20s.
Question: Plastic surgery options? Well, right now this is more hypothetical than anything b/c we're financially unable, but I really wanna get plastic surgery... like a brow lift, buccal fat removal... but is there any procedure that enlongates the face? because I'd like to have it a little more oval, not like COMPLETELY oval, but not as square-ish and short it is now. Also, I'd like to elongate my lips... they're short, like a parrotfish. Is there a procedure for that too?
I'm seventeen
Answer: not a good idea!! Google "plastic surgery gone wrong", and check out the images. BAD! It's so not work it. Embrace your looks, it's waaaay more attractive to just flaunt what you got.
