So Carbs will come from Green salads and brown stuff, chuck all white stuff out of your diet apart from on a cheat day (once every two weeks) Protein should come from lean cuts of meat i.e: chicken, turkey,rump steak and fish: Salmon, trout, Tuna and alike. Answer: You are still growing and won't stop until you are around 22. I was considering this too because I have 'chubby cheeks' but my doctor said that it could cause problems because if I gain weight or lose it my face could basically 'fall'.
