Question: How much is cosmetic surgery to correct tear trough deformity ? I have been trying to do some research on the cost to have the hollow area under your eye filled to reduce the dark circles under your eye. I am also tying to find out is it painful how long for recovery time. I am not so interested in the artificial fillers. Just using your own natural fat to fill in the area. Any information you have would be helpful thank you.

Answer: Dark Circles under the eyes has often been referred to as the tear trough deformity or crescent deformity but experience particularly with tear trough implants designed to correct the tear trough deformity has often failed to correct dark circles under the eyes, particularly the portion of the dark circle under the eye near the nose, often the deepest and most troubling part of the dark circle under the eye. The tear trough deformity is most commonly found in older individuals, is a sign of more advanced facial aging and is seen as a depression running beneath the cheek bone or Zygoma out toward the side of the face. The key event in the production of the tear trough deformity is the sagging or downward displacement of the cheek into the lower portion of the face, a condition referred to as the herniation of the cheek fat pad. Answer: I have restylane injected into my lips and it's fab. However, I would not have it injected into my eyes in this way - be careful - get's lots of information on this - search the net if you need to.

Answer: You could have said which browser you are using, different browsers display broken images differently. What you are describing happens in Firefox, in IE the images appear as a red x. In Opera the image simply does not appear and in Safari there's a question mark. Basically, what this all means is that the image is not where the web page code says it is and so cannot be displayed.

Answer: Not sure about over the counter. my dermatologist handles stuf like that. I would check with a local dermatologist that also does treatments like Restylane.

Question: Knee injury help acl and menicus tear? sevral months ago in a football game I was hit in my knee and it felt like my leg couldnt support my weight so I riced it n a week later I started to run on it and the pain went away but I felt slower runin anyways I went trough all of offseason without troubles until the last few weeks my knee kept popping randomly then one Friday we were doing bear crawls and my knee locked up so I extended it as hard as I could to free it of the lock and I felt one of the worst pains I've felt in my life it felt like a string in knee was cramping well I walked on it for a few weeks and the pain went away and my mom finnaly took me to the doctors n they said they belive I had a torn acl n menicus but they told my mom I needed to get a MRI but we couldnt afford it bc I don't have insurance n were not well off either soo I decided to live with well now its been a few months since that doctrs visit n now I have ins do u think my knee would have healed or the stuff is still torn I havent ran eitr im 17 and im going into my senoir year does any1 know if i will be able to play my last season and can any1 give me a disonostic about my problem bc the docter i had wasnt very detailed so if some1 could make a educated guess on what may have gone wrong in my knee i havent done any running exersises all summer just upper body weight training to stay inshape

Answer: ACL cannot repair itself. Once it's torn, it's torn for good. Only surgery can repair it. Depending on the meniscus tear you may or may not need surgery to repair this. Usually if they're already in the knee repairing the ACL they'll do some work on it as well. Best surgery for ACL is using the patellular tendon as an ACL. About 6mo to 12 mo recovery time Good Luck ADDED: You probably won't be able to play your Senior year because the knee will continue to be unstable, therefore the cutting back and forth that is required in football would make the knee give...causing pain and possibly more damage. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but injuries like this sideline the pros for a year or so...that's why they call it a season ending knee injury.

Question: recovery after lower eyelid surgery? I had lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning into the tear troughs. the cost was 4000. Now it's been 3 weeks and I still have the bags. There is no more bruising and my friends cant even tell i had surgery because the bags look the same as before. is this normal? the fat underneath do feel a bit sore and swollen. I've seen other people's before and after picture their bag's aren't even noticeable after a few days. is it still too early to tell?

Answer: My mother had both eyes done (separate times). The first one did great. The other one has now drooped and she really should have it redone.

Question: Room on top of garage conversion? I had a room built on top of my garage, it is permited as a game room, I have been living in it. LA county inspector called me and wants to look at it, I installed a little kitchen and bathroom. Answer: The regulations are different depending on the local regulations and code but if there was not an occupancy permit issued to allow living in the space you will most likely not be allowed to live there. If the inspector called you and wants to see the space then you probably have been reported by a disgruntled neighbor. If there weren't proper permits in place to tie into the sewer for the plumbing, etc, you will be tearing out your plumbing work. Good luck. Let's hope the inspector is in a very generous mood.

I saw a girl in my Sophomore year in high school, she was cute , I felt as if i had to go ask her something. Like a fool, i went up to her and asked her if she had a boyfriend without even introducing my self, she said she did and I learned to get over it. I only saw her during my bus ride home, for a whole year we never speacked, didn't even looked at each other. Junior year recently started, and hen i saw her again, I was instantly struck by love. I felt as if I was gonna die, my heart was beating so hard. I needed to Speak to her. From my eyes, she was now the most Beautiful girl i have ever seen. I now had a lot more experience and I faked coming late to the bus so i could sit next to her. I introduced my self and she smiled , she played with her hair andenjoyedd the little conversation. A few days passed and I would say hi to her every time i see her. BUT then i met someone who knows her, she told me yea she has a boyfriend and they have been going out for almost 2 years now. I felt crushed , My friends told me they saw her kissing andmakingn out with him. That day I tried hard to not think about it, but I somehow ended up crying, and i never cry for girls. I decided that I was not gonna give up so i kepttalkingn to her, recently me and her a a long talk in which we both laughed, giggled, andenjoyedd each other. And on the other hand this might just be lust you may think your in love with her but really your just longing for someone to be with and since you have a special history with this person you could have subconsciously picked her from the crowd.
