Answer: Yes, if you add so much to it, it kind of "pushes" your eyes up, therefore making them appear smaller. Take Nancy Ajram, for example. A beautiful, nice, but sadly "fake" Arabian woman. Answer: Dont listen to the girl who said NO. Get it done. I wouldnt get it done in the UK as it costs too much. Go to the Czech Republic. To be honest all you want is fat taken out of your cheeks (if u already have high cheekbones)

Answer: I would suggest waiting until your 18. I would actually contact a bd cert facial plastic surgeon. They are ENT that has undergone training exclusively in facial plastic. and then they have to take a bd cert exam

Answer: Any of the doctors on E's Dr. 90210!!! They're great! Especially Dr. Robert Rey! But, for real, if you can't get out to California, make sure they are Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. Check all credentials and ask the patients when you go to see the doctor. Don't go with the cheapest or the first one you have a consultation with. Take your time. This is a big decision. Because you don't want someone to do a hack job on your face. And end up on Dr. Phil telling your plastic surgery horror story!

During the show she gives intermittant up-to-date viewpoints/her take on herstory and her cheeks look full, nothing like the gaunt, hollow sunken look of previous days...and please don't tell me it's because she gained weight. This girl had depleted her muscle tissue throughout her body from decades of drug abuse. So does anyone have any info? Who did the work? What kind of implants because these actually don't look bad. 3 times a charm?

Answer: If her cheeks look fuller, it wouldn't be because of cheekbone implants - rather, doctors would use an injectable filler like Restylane or Juvederm under her eyes and in her cheeks to give her face that kind of volume. Cheekbone implants tend to hollow your face, not plump it. Implants are permanent; fillers need redoing every few months.

Question: Is it a good or bad idea to get plastic surgery? Does it really work? I want to get it about a month before my wedding day so i can look great for the big day! i was thinking just a nose job, lip augmentation, and maybe get some fat sucked out of my cheeks. is this a good idea? also, how much does it generally cost?

Answer: Great idea, prolly about $10,000, and get it two months before, one month might not be enough.

My face completely lacks definition, i was studying it & really looking 2 c what i should do, & i was looking at the shape of my head, my cheek bones, my nose, ect I do know about facial shapes & stuff, so no im no completely clueless. There are many ways you can get a butt augmentation, but like everything in life, each has its own set of advantages and disadvantages. Some procedures are new and experimental, some have stood the test of time. The use of hydrogel for butt augmentation is a new approach. The technique is possible, but in my professional opinion, impractical for several reasons. Hydrogels for tissue augmentation are used mostly in the face-- for lip augmentations and such. The injections do not last long (up to 18 months) and are pricey. For example, 1cc of hydrogel can cost anywhere from $300-$500. I use 1-2cc’s for a lip augmentation. A butt augmentation requires hundreds of cc's. To be more precise, I inject 800-1600 cc’s of fat into the buttocks for a Brazilian butt lift! To get a noticeable buttock augmentation, you need well in excess of 200 cc’s of hydrogel in EACH buttock cheek. That can get pretty expensive at $500 per cc! There are probably cheap “hydrogel” alternatives, but beware of impurities and contaminants. There have been many recent horror stories here in the US from practitioners using “off label” injectables. Secondly, aside from the expense , the result is not going to be long lasting. Hydrogel will last only about 18 months, whereas butt augmentation with fat injection is permanent. If somebody is set on having hydrogel injections to the butt, be sure to ask the practitioner several questions: Is he/she certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery? How long does the hydrogel last? Be suspicious if the answer is that it lasts more than a few months. Is the hydrogel an FDA approved product? Question: Should I have augmentation surgery on my but? Not to go into a whole lot of detail, but my tailor mentioned that I was going to need altering on ALL my suits and tuxedos. He said they were getting a "little loose" in the back. It would probably cost less to have the surgery then alter all my clothes. Plus I could kind of "lift and seperate" my cheeks (so to speak). Question: My boyfriend decided he was a transsexual and I payed for all of her transition...? In case you can't figure it out, he became a she . After she got all well and better after the surgeries and she broke up with me. We were together for about 3 years. The things I've payed for are things like the physiologist, hormone therapy, breast augmentation, new cheek bones and of course a vagina. She took all my money and then broke my heart. If you have good memories hold them close to heart and let her go. Question: Why must celebrities deny plastic surgery? Don't you think by doing so they are sending a skewed idea to kids? I really don't understand why celebrities have to lie to their public and deny having 'any work done'.
