Answer: Yes they do have lip reduction surgery. But most people prefer full lips. Plus if you're nitpicking over this, you won't be happy once you get it. You'll just start complaining that your big toe is too fat or something. Try hanging out with someone who has terminal cancer. That will help you realize how lovely and blessed you are.

Answer: I don't know about you but my lips are very small even almost invisible. When I see larger lips I think they are the sexiest people. I knew a girl who had large lips and she was bitten on her upper lip by a dog. It took away a large portion of her lip. Now my question to you is why would you want to decrease the size of your lip. Because if a dog ever bit your lip as a smaller size you would no longer have any lip on that side. I think you were meant to have larger lips. If you were here I would kiss you and show you the fun I have with thick or larger lips. You have no Idea how sexy larger lips belonging to any one I mean any one, can be. Just keep your lips man.
