What would really help you in reducing the appearance of pores, and would be a lot cheaper, would be using an exfoliator regularly. With regular exfoliating, you're clearing out the yuck that gets into the pores and makes them appear big and black. Exfoliating with a nice facial scrub helps clear the pores out. Question: How to make your own pore strips without gelatin or eggs? I've seen two recipes to make your own pore strips, one with eggs and toilet paper, another with none flavored gelatin and milk. The thing is we don't keep eggs or none flavored gelatin in the house. Not to mention eggs and milk make me feel sick, I'm not allergic, they just make me sick. It's getting a little expensive buying pore strips all the time.

Answer: Honestly, I don't think you CAN make them without these things. I'm sorry. I know that you can use flavored gelatin (it's a prettier color, you can see where to peel, and it smells good) but milk is unavoidable. Mix a tablespoon of flavored Jell-o with some milk, and microwave for 10 seconds. Without the milk you don't have a base... sorry, I did my best to help! You may have to stick with the strips, but I hope I helped, I tried.

Answer: With some people it can just hurt and you might get a skin irritation. But it can really damage your pores. The whole point of getting those Biore Pore Strips in a six pack is so you can use them steadily. It would be bad for your skin to wipe out all blackheads in one hit.
