so what are some excercises? i know it concerns your platysma muscle.

Question: Neck Pain...? I woke up this morning with pain that's not quite on my neck.
It's located more towards the side of the neck, between the neck and shoulder. I believe it's called the "platysma" muscle.
Anyway, it's pretty sore. It really only hurts if my turn my neck to the left (the pain is on the right side of my neck).
Is this just a pain from bad sleeping posture, or what?
Answer: I get similar effects from bad sleeping. Although I did get it a few years ago to a lesser degree until I improved my posture.
Wouldn't hurt to get used to sitting and standing up straighter, would it?
