Question: I've to get a rhinoplasty done and my nasal septum is only a bit deviated and i suppose the dorsum is also dev the deviation is very apparent only when I lift my head up. Will thi make my surgery any less painful and alleviate the need of packing inside the nose. Overall how painful is the procedure. Is it very suffocating. I'm a wslightly weakhearted.
