Answer: You don't transfer fat to muscle first, you lose the fat, and replace it with muscle, muscle burns calories fast...which is why body builders have to eat a lot just to keep their muscle..then a lot more to recover from the grueling workout they just did, there are 2 phases to bodybuilding, 1. Bulking - bulking is usually done to gain muscle, you eat and eat and eat a lot of food until you notice yourself larger...both muscular wise and fat wise...once you are the size you want to be muscular wise... 2. Cutting - comes into play...you then have to lose all the fat of which you had gained so you get that chiseled ripped cut look that all guys want. The process is pretty simple if you know what to eat....my best advice is to do a SLOW healthy gain...with only healthy foods, you can have a cheat meal every couple of days or so but right back on that diet. lastly...you need to hit the gym no crunches push ups or situps will get you seriously chiseled... and no workout routine will out weigh the diet...if your diet is horrendous...it will show...diet is most important.

Answer: Nope. It's not possible. You have no control over where you body deposits fat. That is genetically determined. If you want larger legs you can do weight lifting exercises like squats. Also, the machine at the gym where you lay on your back with your legs up in the air and lift the weight up and down with your feet- that machine will significantly increase the size of your thighs if you use heavy enough weights, which would be a weight you could only lift 8-10 times before fatigue.

Question: How can i like transfer fat? OK here is my problem. I want to get my belly fatter, but my legs are fat. My legs are fatter than my whole body! :( I was wondering if some way i could lose my leg fat and get belly fat. Or like transfer fat. (Transfer would be easier :) Thanks! :)

Answer: No you can't transfer fat to your belly, otherwise all women will transfer fats to their breast lol why do you want to have belly fat anyways, do you know that belly fat is the hardest to lose, just walk everyday for about half an hour and this should help you lose your leg's fat.

Answer: no you cant transfer the data if it doesnt work. You could try to fix it yourself and transfer the data through a ethernet cable to the new slim but you need the 2 systems side by side.

Answer: Yeah I can tell from experience. When I started taking them, I weighted around 140. I had alot of belly fat and after 6 months. The fat around my stomach was completely gone and it kinda made my waist smaller from the sides. I now weigh in around 133 and im so happy because back then I had a big butt and a big waist, now I a huge butt and small waist. DAMN you should see those guys watching :) lol.
