Question: California Adventure is going to be expanded and is getting a facelift, how do you feel about this? California Adventure ( just a walk across from Disneyland) is going to be expanded and is getting a facelift. "Cars" will be an attraction and in the front/middle will be built a Southern California theatre landmark. What is your opinion of the future changes if you have already read about them elsewhere?

Answer: I have been going to California Adventure since 2001 when it first opened, and the concept pictures that Disney showed us looks amazing. Pretty much the whole park is being changed. I think it will be pretty cool. Still say goodbye to the Golden gate bridge, Maliboomer, and pretty much a brand new Paradise pier.. I'm pretty pissed off though :( *tear*

Answer: I searched for some shows and all I found was a show called Facelift Diaries airing in 2003.

Answer: if i got it right from an article in the german "autobild", then there will no bigger + irritating facelift before the completely new model arrives in 2009, which is shown in my link

Answer: If you decide to paint it, sand down the shiney surfaces to be painted to ensure the primer and paint will stick. I had a friend who took old china bought at a garage sale, broke each plate by dropping them, took the pieces and applied them to an entertainment center, thus creating a mosaic. Looked better than the presswood.

Question: What does it mean when you say a pre-facelift model in cars? I was asking for a quote on a brand new car when this sales guy said he has a couple of pre-facelift models that are heaps cheaper.

Answer: It's stupid and unnecessary lingo for the "previous model".

Question: does having a facelift, cause pain after the procedure is completed? i want to a facelift/eye lid surgery done. Is it painful after the procedure is completed?

Answer: Post surgery there is some pain for a day or 2, and tenderness for some time. What you will find most troublesome is having to wear compression bandage on face and neck for 6 weeks. That's enough to drive you nuts.

Question: How do you know if you need a facelift? My skin isn't as tight as it used to be but I'm 42 and I doubt a plastic surgeon would do a facelift on me. But how can you tell if your skin is taught or loose?

Answer: well I had a partial hysterectomy, my gallbladder removed, and a bladder neck closure done all at the same time. The only thing would be getting both doctors together at the same time.

Question: How can I give my dirt yard a temporary facelift? I live in a city row home and have a dirt yard. Well, it's mostly dirt and some broken up concrete. We want to eventually concrete the entire space, but funds are low at this time.
