Answer: yeas it will damage your skin if you do this daily, just make sure you wash your face very well if you aint using toner. best of luck.

Answer: Your problem doesn't look bad at all. You have to use some inner treatment, if you don't like oily skin. I stick with vitamins from Zenmed and they work great. I had some acne around my mouth and chest and they all disappeared and I didn't even used any creams or oils because as well as you I don't like oily skin.

Answer: If you want to stick with Clinique, get their green toner. I think it's called clarifying lotion? It's a cloudy green. It contains 0.5% beta hydroxy acid (BHA). BHA will dissolve the oil in your pores and make your skin look less shiny. Also, make sure you're using their dramatically different moisturizing GEL and not the lotion. Okay so i have tried many things, proactive didnt really work for me neither did biore, i like neutrogena but after a while i break out again and it can get really bad. I have oily acne prone skin. Answer: i use Clean and Clear Morning Burst Facial Scrub. it works really well and even though its called Morning burst i still use it at night too.

Answer: olay complete sensitive moisturizing fluid with spf is very good. Use a cleansers with salicylic acid to keep acne away

Answer: Cetaphil, for one. It even says it on the label on the back. Also, Alba pineapple enzyme wash or whatever removes EVERYTHING and it's just lovely. It even removed the black eyeliner that was smudged across my face from trying multiple things to get it off. However, since it's made of natural ingredients as well as CITRUS EXTRACT, it hurts SO BAD when you get it into your eyes. It hurts like no other. So I wouldn't suggest applying it on your waterline. Definitely not. But areas away from the eyes, go for it. I believe it's $12.99 on average.

Answer: It really depends on your skin type, but you need something that unclogs your pores w/ benzoyl peroxide as a main ingredient. Proactive is good but the ONLY thing that works for me, since i play sports alot too, is Clean & Clear Deep Clean. it is in a blue and white and green bottle and it really works. it showed a MAJOR difference in 2 days!!! not joking. it sounds like a commercial lol but it really works! it doesnt take long touse it. every mornin and night but it is fine if you do it once a day. My breakouts aren't NEARLY as frequent and when i do have one, there isnt as many pimples. ok hope i helped! you should really try it since you play sports!

Answer: as you said you have sensitive skin you should probably try using a cleanser especially for sensitive skin also cleanser is better then water because it is designed to clean right down in your pores. which is where pimples are created. water is not as good for your skin because water especially tap water which is what i am assuming you bathe in actually has alot of chemicals in which although prevents germs is not good for your skin

Answer: The best thing to use for them isnt actually a cleanser. Try Clear Pore Strips by Biore. You can get them at Wal-Mart. You just wet your nose, put one on, wait, then pull it off. When you do you can see all the little blackhead. Kinda gross but it works. Get the deep cleaning kind, they are the best.

Answer: I would try Murad from Sephora. It's designed for people with oily skin. Use the cleanser twice a day, the gel only at night, the spot treatment whenever, and the lotion in the morning. It makes your skin so soft and comes with a two week supply of cleansing pads, so if you don't like it, you don't have to buy more cleansing pads.

Question: Is it okay to use only facial cleanser to clean the face? Regular soaps are very drying on my face.
