Question: Is 16 years old too young for a brow lift? I have really low brows that i don't like so i always have a side fringe cut that covers them. Is it too young to get a brow lift, i'm 17 in february.

Answer: i'm pretty sure you look fine and don't need an eyebrow lift but if you think your brows will look better raised then why not change the shape? Give your eyebrows more of an arch and you can do that with plucking. If you don't want to do it yourself then go to a salon. I know I can get my brows plucked for about $10.

Answer: there's not really any medical reason as to why you wouldn't be able to because of your age, but i can tell you right now you won't find a good surgeon who will perform that surgery on someone your age.

Answer: Are they thick or thin? If they are thick, you can go get them plucked from the bottom to make them higher looking.

Answer: Brow lifts can make people look clowny and fake, plus it's expensive (I think around $4000, at least in Canada, don't quote me on this) and if you don't like the results, what will you do then?

Question: Anyone know how to get a good eye brow lift w/o surgery? My eye lidskind of sag over my eyes and make me look awful...Is there any type of treatment i could use for this?

Answer: My sister had an eyebrow tattoo and her face looks lifted and just beautiful!

Answer: It lifts them slightly, and even that gives a much more youthful appearance. It only a few months, though. I think it's worth a try. I've had Botox other places and really liked it! Good luck.

Answer: I would find a surgeon and inquire. I think 21 is a fine age and if it is something that bothers you. Beware that you will probably have to do this a few times in your lifetime. good luck

Answer: Try this product. It is called Clinical Eye Lift from AVON. I live by this product. It lifts the areas aroud the eyes and is suppose to lift the brow line as well. Plus if you have dark circles or puffiness around your eyes it gets rid of that as well.

Question: brow lift question, actually its for an NF tumor? I'm not excatly getting a brow lift. I have a benign tumor on my forhead above my left eyebrow. Its been slowly growing over the years. Its about the size of a silver dollar and looks more like a flesh colored goose egg. I haven't seen the surgeon yet but both my neurologist and the neurosurgeons surgeon PA told me most likely doc would want to remove it using a "brow lift" plastic surgery technique. I'll probably end up with a brow lift anyway;) So if you have had this procedure done, can you tell me about? how was your recovery? did you have to stay overnight in the hospital or was it outpatient? I have learned that surgeons are not very good at describing "what to really expect" unless they've been through it too. Please no rude comments about plastic surgery. This is a corrective procedure with both cosmetic and medical reasons to do it. my insurance is covering it I have a medical condition called neurofibromatosis. I know that the surgery will leave me sore and swollen and that general anesthesia makes you feel like you've been run over by a bus when you wake up. I have had several NF tumors removed and I never got 10 more in its place. NF tumors grow because of hormonal changes. you get more as you get older or when you become pregnant or go through menopause. I'm not asking about NF, I'm asking about brow lift style surgery
