Question: anorexia???????????????????????? when is the point a patient diagnoses with anorexia needs to be admitted to the hospital?

Answer: usually it's when they have potentially life-threatening physical complications, or their anorexia is too severe to treat with simply an outpatient program. most of the time though, an anorexic can be treated in an outpatient with a general practitioner, nutritionist, and psychiatrist/therapist.
